Q.  Who Are We?  
A.  Auto A/C Parts and Systems - Low cost Distributor:Virtual-ac.com is a low cost distributor of quality aftermarket air conditioning parts, system, tools and supplies. By shipping directly from wholesale warehouses or manufacturing we forego bricks and mortar storefronts, inventory costs and sales personal which all means cost savings to you.

Q.  Where do our parts come from?  
A.  Quality Parts from Quality Vendors: Our complete online catalogue offers you quality parts such as Delphi, Goodyear, Parker-Dayco, Saltec, Sanden and many others listed in “Our Products” tab.

Q.  What parts do we carry?

Q.  What parts do you carry?  
A.  We specialize in A/C parts, systems, tools and supplies: accumulator/driers, blower assemblies, blower motors, compressors, condensers, electric fans and fan accessories. Additionally, we carry electrical parts, evaporators, expansion valves, aluminum and steel fittings, heater control values, heater fittings, convoluted tubing just to mention a portion of our inventory.

Q.  Where do your parts come from?  
A.  A majority of our parts are made in the USA. Some of our largest suppliers are Delphi, Parker-Dayco, Goodyear, Sanden, Seltec, and Visteon. Other suppliers include: ATCO, Egelhof, Evapin, Fujikoke, I.C.E., Kuil, Koll, Manzi, TAMA, TGK, and Valeo.

Q.  Are there pictures of the parts?  
A.  In most cases there is a picture – click on the “Show Me” tab in the parts descriptioin. Sometimes manufacturers may change product packaging and graphics without notice. Although we attempt to have an exact picture of a particular part, logo, texture, place of manufacture, etc. may vary from what is shown.

Q.  Do you have a paper catalogue?  
A.  There is no paper catalogue. All available parts are listed in our online Application Guide which is updated continuously.

Q.  What kid of warranty is on my part?

Q.  How do I register my parts?

Q.  Is there a minimum purchase amount?  
A.  There is no minimum purchase amount.

Q.  Is your website secure?  
A.  Yes! We use 256-bit SSL encryption so your name, address and credit card information is protected. In the shopping cart, click onto the “Secured By” box to see the details of our SSL certificate.

ORDER/SHIPPING

Q.  How much is shipping?  
A.  We use UPS as our shipping carrier. Your shipping charges are “dynamic”. When you add an additional part, change a quantity or change your address, the cart automatically recalculates shipping based upon weight and size of your order and your postal (zip) code. This way you know your total shipping prior to entering your credit card information.

Shipping is not considered a profit center, although we do add a $1.50 administrative charge per shipment. Any discount we receive from the carrier, we pass along to you.

Q.  When should I expect delivery?.  
A.  Ground – items shipped to an actual address, not a PO Box, will arrive in 1 – 5 business days after the item has shipped.

Two Day – usually two business days after the item has shipped.

Next Day – usually one business day after the item has shipped.

Q.  If I just placed my order, will it ship today?  
A.  You should allow 24 hours for us to process your order. Orders placed by noon central time usually ship the same day, but we can not guarantee that an order will ship the day the order is placed. Orders do not ship on weekends. Having a correct shipping address, no PO Boxes, is the customer's responsibility.

Q.  Can I print an order confirmation?  
A.  A confirmation email is sent when you place your order. You can print that email if you so desire. You’ll also see a confirmation web page immediately after placing your order which you can also print.

When your order is shipped, you will receive another email from us telling you that your order has shipped.

Q.  May I ship to an address different than my credit card billing address?  
A.  Yes

Q.  How soon will I receive my refund after I return an item?  
A.  Typically a refund takes 5 business days to process after our receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued in the same form as how you paid – credit card payments will receive credit to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation.
